It got on my nerves to keep track of all the receipts, so we decided to build a convenient file management system for storing all company documents, such as receipts and minutes. Imported files can be easily added to transactions either during the creation of the transaction or directly in the Files section. You can name the file as you wish and assign tags to it for easy retrieval in the future.
Attachments can be added in the traditional way by browsing through folders or with a drag-and-drop approach, just like in modern software.
It is also possible to create folders within files, with an eye towards organizing things. You can even create subfolders within a folder if you wish.
