As a seasoned entrepreneur, I know firsthand how frustrating financial management can be for small business owners. We founded NOCFO to make their lives easier with smarter, more efficient financial tools. I'm constantly coming up with new ideas — sometimes out of necessity, sometimes simply out of passion for making things better. Wannabe football pro and AI evangelist.

An “Operations Officer” who tends to get involved in just about everything and often unintentionally. I make sure things move forward and get done on time, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind. I'm a third-generation entrepreneur who gets excited about structure, regular exercise, and the occasional session with a robot vacuum.

I develop the core tech at NOCFO, including accounting automation and AI that makes our users' lives easier. I'm into elegant systems, efficient programming, and solving practical challenges. Still proud of my days as a tractor train driver.

I build everything from sleek front-end interfaces to solid back-end systems. I like to keep things simple and clean,  because I believe simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. When I'm not coding, you'll probably find me playing video games or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

I'm crafting the mobile app to make finance tools simple, smart, and actually enjoyable to use. I love testing out new technologies and turning ideas into smooth mobile experiences. Off-hours? I'm probably smashing padel balls somewhere – yes, all seven days of the week.

I design and build the AI agents that give NoCFO its intelligence, bridging the gap between cutting-edge algorithms and practical financial tools. My goal is to turn experimental tech into robust features that effortlessly drive value for our users. When I'm not teaching our systems how to think, I'm writing more code for my own side projects… I just can't stay away!

Outside of coding, I like walking in Finnish nature, watching movies, or getting lost in a good video game.

I help businesses find better ways to manage their finances. My work combines sales, customer insight, and building new opportunities. I strive to simplify complex matters and find solutions that genuinely make life easier for entrepreneurs. In my free time, I enjoy sports, especially tennis and golf.

I take care of our marketing, from content and brand building to finding the right ways to reach the right people. I take a creative and people-first approach to everything I do, and I love turning that understanding into ideas that actually resonate. Outside of work, I'm usually doing something creative, getting some fresh air, or lost in a good game.
