It is possible to add a contact to transactions. Contacts allow you to track both sales and purchase transactions on a customer-specific basis.
When defining a contact, you first select the type of contact, which can be either a company or an individual. After that, you give the contact a name. If necessary, aliases can also be added to the contact. With aliases, NOCFO aims to facilitate automation of entries. It is also possible to write notes under the contact, if deemed necessary.
In the future, more logic will be built around contacts, for example, in billing, visualization, and automation. Therefore, it is advisable to start using them from the beginning. A contact can be added either separately from the Contacts tab or in conjunction with creating a transaction.
