Creating individual transactions in NOCFO is quick and convenient. At some point, the number of transactions in a month may grow to a point where even the most patient individuals (including myself) may find it frustrating to enter them one by one. The most convenient way to avoid unnecessary manual entry is to upgrade to the NOCFO Plus version in the "Your Orders" section, which allows bank transactions to be automatically imported. tilauksesi-osiosta, jolloin pankkitapahtumat saadaan haettua automaattisesti.
It's also possible to import transactions as a separate CSV file. In principle, all banks should provide this option, either directly in CSV format or as an Excel file.
CSVs and Excel files from banks may have different structures, so it's important to start by making sure that any unnecessary rows are removed from the file. For CSV import, the file should only contain a header row and the transaction rows, and it should be in CSV format.
After the file is uploaded to NOCFO, you'll need to select at least the Bank Account, Date, Amount, and Description for the entries. For transactions, you can also select Contact and Archive ID. Contacts allow us to make entries on your behalf intelligently. The Archive ID, on the other hand, prevents the same transaction from being accidentally imported into NOCFO again.
